Meet M'Lissa Parker, Ed.S.,M.Ed.
M’Lissa Parker is a nationally recognized Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) Consultant, Autism & Emotional Disabilities Specialist, and the founder of My Mighty Self™—a trauma-informed, equity-centered practice helping children and adults build emotional strength, regulation, and resilience.
With over 20 years of experience as a special educator, school counselor, and behavior interventionist, M’Lissa has worked across public schools, Indigenous communities, and neurodiverse populations along the Mississippi Gulf Coast and throughout Alaska. Her work is rooted in real-world practice and guided by evidence-based frameworks including CASEL, PBIS, Zones of Regulation, TEACCH, and C.A.R.E.S..
M’Lissa holds:

She created The Mighty R6F™ Framework—a superhero-inspired SEL model that empowers children and caregivers to Regulate, Reflect, and Restore through accessible tools and compassionate care.
